Ham Radio License Exams (VE Testing)
WHAT IS VE TESTING? Amateur radio license exams, commonly known as VE testing, is conducted by volunteer amateur radio operators around the area. The test consists of 35 questions, and tests your knowledge of various ham radio practices and electronics. | TEST DAY INFORMATION Testing sessions occur the second Thursday of each month and are held at: Time: 5:00 P.M. All candidates wishing to take the test should bring ALL of the following: 1. Two (2) forms of identification. One should be a Photo ID. All classes of amateur radio license tests will be administered. Note: A new set of Technician test questions has started being used on July 1, 2010.
